The National Public Health Agency (NPHA) plays a pivotal role in the prevention, detection and response to public health threats through a highly efficient and effective public health agency. The NPHA is a science-based government organization that serves as a focal point for leadership, expertise, and coordination to address public health concerns in line with national public health needs and global health security requirements.
